2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- the use of our applications (“Apps”)
- our website at bimover.ch, including all subdomains
Our Apps are designed to collect and process as little personal data as technically possible.

No user behavior is tracked on the website.
4. Sign in with Apple
Our Apps use Sign in with Apple for authentication.
When you sign in, we receive the following data from Apple:
- a unique Apple user identifier (SIWA ID)
- your email address (or Apple relay address, if selected)
We do not collect or store your real name or any passwords.
Authentication is handled exclusively by Apple.
Purpose of processing
The data is processed solely to:
- authenticate you
- associate a license with your account
- enable access to the App
App-specific storage
User data is stored separately for each App.
There is no cross-app tracking, profiling, or data sharing between different Apps.
5. License Status Storage
For each App, we store:
- SIWA user identifier
- email address
- license status (e.g. active or inactive)
This data is required to verify your right to use the App.
Your email address may be used to send essential service-related or technical notifications, such as changes to licensing, authentication, or backend services.
6. Payments and Paddle
All payments are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record.
Paddle is solely responsible for:
- payment processing
- invoicing
- taxes (e.g. VAT)
- collection of billing information
We do not receive or store:
- your real name
- credit card details
- payment information
Payment details are processed exclusively by Paddle and are never accessible to us.

- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in operating and securing the Apps
