Delete Your bimover Account

You can delete your bimover account yourself, at any time, right here. One account covers every bimover app, so deleting it here deletes it everywhere.

What deletion does

It removes your account, its sign-ins, licence assignments and synced settings from our systems. That includes stamps and signatures from your account library. Your support requests stay on file without your name, email address or phone number. Running subscriptions are cancelled; periods already paid for run to their end. Anonymous counters cannot be attributed to you and are therefore unaffected.

Invoices we are legally required to retain are kept for the statutory period. After deletion they no longer carry a name, only the account identifier.

If your licence belongs to an office, deleting your account releases it back to the office. The office keeps what it bought.

In the app instead

Every bimover app has the same entry: open its settings, find your bimover account, and choose Delete account. It brings you to this page.

If you own an office

An office needs an owner. While you are the only owner of an office that other people work in, your account cannot be deleted. Under Our Office you can either hand the office over to someone else, or dissolve it. After that, delete your account above.

Dissolving an office ends its purchases and removes everyone's access to it. Their own bimover accounts stay.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@bimover.ch from the address your account is registered with, and we will delete the account for you.
